Her in-depth knowledge of immigration law, built over 15 years in practice, enables her to provide cutting-edge strategic solutions to her clients. Hazar’s advice to education and corporate clients covers everything from devising strategy for employers working through the post-Brexit changes, making sure systems and processes meet sponsor compliance requirements, reviewing agreements, business restructuring, and risk and compliance with ever-changing Home Office requirements to, in some instances, challenging UKVI decisions. Hazar also provides clients with solutions to the day- to-day immigration challenges they face.
