Well presented webinar. Good content and knowledgeable speaker.

Lisa Bates, Office Manager, FRKelly, Feb 22

Really good.

Océane Marchal, Vesuvius Group SA, Feb 22

An in depth introduction to EPO filing and and over view of patent filings by PCT...I really enjoyed that she was able to provide popular examples so that we could make sense of the concepts being shared

Lucero Ricord, Attorney, Estudio Benedetti , Nov 21

It was very professional, the content being just right and not overwhelming for newbies to this field, like me. I enjoyed the presentation and JoAnna did a sterling job in presenting it.

Melane Wilke, Patent Administrator, Nov 21

Given my very poor experience in this topic, I actually did not know upfront what to expect. JoAnne immediately made me feel at ease, she is very friendly, very much experienced and really pleasant to listen to.

Jessica Vanderlinden, IP Assistant, KU Leuven Research & Development, Jun 21

I thought JoAnna was very knowledgeable and approachable and was able to answer a lot of questions. I thought overall it was a great and meaningful learning experience.

A very knowledgeable speaker. It was very interesting to listen to JoAnna and I particularly liked the practical examples.

Anastassia Tokar, Trademark Paralegal, Etex Services, Nov 19

I wanted to get a good insight into the patent field in my role as a patent administrator and I really think that I achieved that. The speaker was excellent!

Emilie Tønnesen, Patent Administrator, COPA Copenhagen Patents, Nov 19

Jo made the training interesting – she didn't speak at the delegates but welcomed questions as we went along which broke the content up and made it more interesting.

Denise Hunt, Secretarial Manager, Hoffmann Eitle, Nov 19

JoAnna was a very clear and knowledgeable speaker.

Jane Parkinson, Global Patent Co ordinator , Unilever PLC (UK Office), Nov 19

I felt that the course embedded the learning gained from the CIPA course of last year and the presenter was great. Knowledgeable in her field and pitched it just right as the course had a mixture of delegates at different levels. I think everyone agreed that it was a well-run and a well-delivered course.

Jayne Sloane, Patent Administrator, Unilever R&D, Jun 19
