Overview

There are strong indications that, for many organisations, working from home will continue irrespective of the impact of COVID-19. This one day online workshop is designed to help you to adapt to managing teams who may work in different geographical locations from you.

By the end of this course you will have:

  • Considered how to manage a team you may not physically see from one month to the next
  • Explored techniques for communicating with remote workers and teams
  • Reviewed how to monitor and evaluate their work without it seeming as if you re ‘spying’ on them
  • Acquired hints and tips on how to evaluate equally those employees who work in the office and those who work from home
  • Analysed how to decide promotion when some members of the team are in the office and others are at home
  • Developed a plan to recruit new team members who will work remotely
