Kathy Daniels
After graduating in psychology Kathy Daniels moved to work in human resource management. After ten years she was a senior manager in a manufacturing organisation employing 2,500 people worldwide. She then started her own business offering consultancy services. She writes extensively in HR and especially employment law, for a range of organisations including the CIPD. Kathy has written nine books, all in the area of HRM. She is Associate Professor and Associate Pro-Vice Chancellor International at Aston University, teaching employee relations and employment law at undergraduate and postgraduate level. She is also a Lay Member of the Employment Tribunal, sitting in Birmingham.
