Very relevant to point out the differences in the US audience (examiners, judges, jury) and the differences to European examiners. A lot of examples from court cases etc. Good, practical tips on how to find the golden mean when preparing a patent application that can work both in EP and in the US. Course content, presentation and speakers all amazing. An eye opener for anyone familiar with EP practice, but not so much with US practice (or vice versa) - avoiding ethnocentrism. Expert level course (ideal for me with 20 years EP experience). Very knowledgeable and experienced speakers who could pinpoint the trouble points for EP practitioners.

Lars Hald, Senior Patent Manager, Ambu A/S

Overall opinion is that it was great. Interesting content, well presented, nice speakers that involved the audience. The level of difficulty and complexity was spot on for me, I knew about some things beforehand, but new information was scattered throughout which always kept things interesting.

Per Görts, Patent Consultant, Ström och Gulliksson

A professional but also very open and informal approach, easy to interact and ask questions.

Kim Hed, Patent Specialist, Jotun AS

Excellent course and speakers with practical presentations. The course which every IP Administrator should attend at least once.

Heidi Lovikka, , BERGGREN OY AB

I was hoping to get the latest updates with further explanation, which I indeed got.

Patricia Hermodsson, Patent paralegal, Alfa Laval Corporate AB

This is an excellent program. The speaker's expertise was on full display and the attendees made for a great conference. I really hope to attend next year!

Paul McBean, Sr. Foreign Filing Specialist, Baker Donelson

Excellent course and speakers with practical presentations. The course which every IP Administrator should attend at least once.

Heidi Lovikka, , BERGGREN OY AB

It was very good and I would definitely come back and suggest my colleagues to attend the course. All speakers were very good and well prepared. I think the topics in regard to EP and US were more informational for me and brought on more new aspects.

Anne Jonassen Olesen, IP Administrator, Hoiberg A/S

Victoria was very well spoken and presented the material in an easy to understand manner. I enjoyed the case study as it tied in all the elements we learned in a way we could visualise it. I enjoyed the presentation and thought it flowed well. I learned a lot.

Heidi Shelton, Trademark Coordinator, CSL Vifor

My goal was to be introduced to the clerical side of patents and I feel that this webinar was very informative. JoAnna was very charismatic and knowledgeable.

Marin Rogers, Paralegal, Elmore Patent Law Group
